Admissions
Chesapeake School of Esthetics: Skin Care and Makeup Artistry admits applicants who are a least 17 years old, who can present a high school diploma or a copy of their high school transcripts or G.E. D., or can provide evidence of having successfully completed a ninth grade education. If the students first language is not English, they may have to pass the Ability to Benefit Entrance Exam with a passing score of at least 24. All potential students must be a United States citizen or hold a US Visa which authorizes permanent employment in the United States.

Enrollment

Program A - The 600 Hour Skin Care and Makeup Artistry Program

Enrollment for this program is extremely limited. Interested candidates must be able to meet all financial and schedule requirements. If you are interested in this program, we require that all potential candidates of this program schedule a preliminary interview to discuss the specifics of this program. A catalog detailing all aspects of the school will be furnished to each student. The catalog covers all aspects of the school, including schedule of tuition and fees and methods of payment. An Enrollment Agreement must be signed at the time of registration along with the submission of an enrollment fee ($600) which serves to hold the students spot in the class session selected.

Program B - Makeup Artist Specialist Certification Program

To obtain an Enrollment Agreement for the Makeup Artist Specialist Certification Course you may email us or call:  410-757-5545.  Our website feature download the Enrollment Agreement (pdf format) is currently under construction.  Your completed Enrollment Agreement must be submitted along with a deposit of $300. This payment is payable by cash, check, Visa or MasterCard.  The deposit is part of the total price of the tuition and serves to hold a spot in the class session for the student. The deposit is *non-refundable.

The balance of the tuition ($650) is due in full on or before Friday, June 16, 2023. Failure to pay the balance on or before the due date can result in the student losing their spot in the class. 

Students who withdraw from the Makeup Artist Specialist Certification Course after the class has begun will recive a refund based on the proportion of the total cost of the program (less the deposit) taught by the date of withdrawal.

Students have 3 days after submitting the enrollment agreement and deposit to request a full refund.

There will be a 7% processing fee added to all credit card charges.
